Professional Interior Designer Natalie Mendez presents a three part series on basic design at the Carnegie Public Library. Design Principals and Elements will be held on Tuesday July 31 at 6:30 pm.
Designing with Color is held on Tuesday Aug. 14 at 6:30 pm. Sustainable Design will be held on Tuesday Aug. 28 at 6:30 pm. If you would like to know more about these sessions please stop inside the library for a more detailed flyers. These sessions are being sponsored by Friends of the Library. The public in invited to attend all three, you will leave with such good ideas!

Ceramic Artist from Fort Wayne




Maria Coward is a ceramic artist who graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in 2010. Pottery is her passion and she especially loves Raku. It is primarily a Japanese firing process that produces vibrant and metallic effects. The history of Raku is an interesting process and is closely tied to Japanese history and tradition. This program is being sponsored by the Angola Regional Artist Guild. The public is invited to attend. She will be speaking in the large meeting room in the Carnegie Public Library of Steuben County.
