Advanced Master Gardener Ray Czajka

Presents a vegetable growing program on March 20th at 6:30 PM.

The program will cover soil preparation, row spacing, garden lay-out, weed control and harvesting tips.  Ray is a member of the Steuben County Master Gardener organization and takes a lot of pride in having an efficient garden.  He will share his inventive methods to save seeds and reduce weeding and watering maintenance requirements.  Ray typically starts his garden early in the season and then uses succession planting to produce vegetables until late fall. His presentation is filled with photos of his garden throughout the seasons.
