Safari Serengeti Travelogue

Dolores Tichenor presents her Tanzania Africa tour on May 10 at 6:30 pm. The wildlife viewing in the Serengeti plains is just fantastic, also covering the Ngorongoro highlands and the Tarangire National Park. Learn about what the guides told her and her fellow travelers about the animals. See the great migration of zebras and wildebeests and lots of animals and birds. Dolores is a retired math professor from Trine University and she has traveled all over the world.

Celebrating the Life of Dr. Lewis A. Jackson

Dr. Lewis Jackson impacted countless people through his passion for aviation, education and entrepreneurship. Lewis was the first African American to graduate from Angola High School. Learn about his fascinating life and accomplishments on June 19 at 6:30 pm. Dona Lou Impler will be the guest speaker. She was instrumental in bringing the "Rise Above" exhibit to Angola Balloons Aloft to be held on July 6 & 7 at Tri-State Airport. This presentation will also be offered at The Cline Museum on May 17 at 7 pm. The public is invited.
