Author and Photographer John Bower

Mr. Bower will be visiting the Carnegie Public Library and Fremont Public Library on July 30. He will be in Angola at 11 am and at Fremont at 2 pm. He will be presenting two different programs so feel free to attend both. We have a display of his photographs in the library by the fountain.
